I first started with a phone interview, then I had an in-person interview with a General Manager at one of the stores. After that I had a follow-up interview on the phone then a in-person interview with the District Manager. It was a very long process. Everything went well, but at the end they didn't tell me whether or not I got the job and the recruiter ignored my e-mails.
