Process started with a brief phone interview with HR manager. About 1 week later received call that I had been chosen for the 2nd interview at the headquarter with 2 supervisors and a manager. Each interview was about 30 minutes. For the internal field audit position must be open to relocation.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews; the first interview is with supervisor and the second with manager. They asked about very basic strengths/weaknesses and STAR format questions.

1 or 2 phone interviews, then an interview with 3 separate managers for about 30 minutes each at the headquarters in Cleveland. Very relaxed interview process, a lot of behavioral questions so be prepared for them. You will probably be asked 10-20 of the between the phone interview and the in person interviews. Other than that it was a lot of conversation and time for you to ask questions.

1 phone interview (about 15 min), 1 Store visit, and a final interview with district manager. It's easy enough if you prepare yourself well beforehand. Research the company, research paint and come up with answers to scenarios.
