Entrevista
I received a call from the HR hiring manager who gave me a 30 minute phone interview. Once I completed that interview, I was given a chance to interview with the city manager who will decide if you would be a good fit for the company. He/she will decide if you are best fit. From there, they gave me the nod that they wanted to hire me, they sent me new hire paperwork and was given a date to start.

It was an entry-level position so they asked you questions about your experience and items pertaining to your resume. It's a pretty straight-forward interview.

3 Stage interview. First with recruiter, next 2 stages are in person with store manager and city manager. One was in the store you'll be working at and the other is at corporate office.

Simple interview, there were 2-3 behavioral questions and most of it was just explaining the job role, The recruiter was really nice and had a really good store visit once I passed the inerview, Was offered role the very next day.

Very simple, know how to read/review P&L, Know store key accounts, reporting- micro strategy Star format interview questions/general relationship management questions. Operations and sales questions. Showcase the ability to sell products to hit budget
