Friendly team, but the interview process needs serious alignment I went through the full process here - initial chat with the Head of Sales, a task + presentation, then another round presenting a past project, followed by a final round of four 1:1s with the team and founders. Everyone was lovely and easy to talk to, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was the outcome: I was rejected for “lack of experience” in an area that was not in the job description and was never once asked about in any of the four interview rounds. It’s something that easily could’ve been screened in the first conversation. So in the end it felt like a lot of time and prep for something that could’ve been cleared up at the start. It also made me feel like the role itself wasn’t fully defined internally and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if no one ended up being hired.
