Applied online for the position and was called for an interview to be held in person. The panel consisted of 3 people from different departments: Hiring Person where the role reported into, Human Resources Person and another person who worked within this area. It was behaviour based and they were looking for examples. They would probe asking what specifically I did.

Behaviour based mainly e.g. How do you implement change?
Roughly 45 minute interview. Half of the time spent discussing the resume and job history and experience. The remainder of the session was personality and leadership questions (e.g. Tell me about a time when you had to intervene in a personal dispute)

Entrevista
It was a detailed interview process consisting of 3 different stages. First One is GTKY, second one is Functional Interview and the last one is Managerial & Behavioral round. and then the final discussion is on the compensation with HR.

Entrevista
Good, 5 part process with various leads of the area. Product, tech and design leads to weigh in on the efficacy and assessment of the value you bring in. A good insight is provided into the team structure etc through these various parties.
