It is a HireVue interview in video type. and there are several questions about yourself and some question based on game. The question about yourself you need to prepare in advance, cause you will only have 30 seconds to prepare.
One key takeaway from my interview was the importance of thoroughly researching the company beforehand. I realized that I should have spoken more about the company's background, values, products, and recent developments. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the company not only shows genuine interest but also helps tailor responses to align with the company's mission and culture.
I now understand the need to know the company inside and out — including its history, leadership, key offerings, competitors, and any recent news or achievements. This depth of knowledge can help me ask more insightful questions during the interview and connect my skills to the company's specific needs more effectively.
Going forward, I will make it a priority to prepare extensively about any organization I interview with, ensuring I can confidently speak about how I can contribute to their success.
