Recruiter reached out and expressed interest in my services. A job description was provided and the recruiter asked if I would be interested. I replied and asked how to proceed; to that, she replied to forward her my resume. I did that immediately and waited for a response. A week had gone by without even an acknowledgement. I reached out again but the recruiter never responded. I've been ghosted since that point. This was all performed through LinkedIn.
