The interview lasted roughly 1 hour. The first half of the interview was your basic behavioral questions and I've actually interviewed twice now for the same position and each time they just asked me to pick one thing on my resume that I was most proud of and then they asked about 30 minutes of questions about it. Then second part of the interview is something that I never experienced. They will let you choose between 3 scenarios (mine was how do I think businesses communicate globally) and Shell uses this system called "CART" to grade you. Under each letter there are about 6-8 things that they are looking for in your responses. Good luck.
