I got interviewed by two lead operators in the plant. One of them never smiled, he was rude, and acted as if he was better then me right when I met him. I was nervous for the interview, and his attitude put me more on edge. He asked difficult questions, some of which I have never been asked before. He was the worst guy I have ever interviewed with. The other one was more friendly, but he acted uncomfortable interviewing, so that made it worse. They should not be interviewing anyone, they clearly don't know how. The good news is I received a job offer from another company anyway. I did not receive one yet from Shell, but the first impression on their end ruined it for me anyway. No thanks Shell!
