Apply for general position (internship) then followed by an online assessment first, followed by a face-to-face interview. Behavioural questions. The HR was not that great, wasn't responding to emails and took months to get the offer. The HR wasn't flexible and didn't explain what is the role.

Fast, it is about logic and reflection. Questions about situations you faced with team work and about your behavior in hard situations than questions about logic and reflection. Also repetitive questions to see if you respond the same way.

Get the 1st online assessment, but a little bit in hurry, in case my internet connection got disrupted, and got a reply that I did not pass the test. Interesting online assessment, but disappointed too about why i fail in this 1st online assessment test (SJT Test)
