Interview was online over MS Teams. Had two people who did the interview, hiring manager and team supervisor. Asked basic questions about my background and then talked about the role. At the end of my interview they said they would have a decision by the end of the following week, but they never gave me an update. Emailed them for one but no response, finally got an update after 3 weeks. Seems a bit unprofessional to not be true to your word.
