The questions primarily centered around the IPS model, allowing applicants to demonstrate their understanding and knowledge of the concept. This focus made the process more relevant and streamlined, providing a clear opportunity for candidates to showcase their skills and familiarity with the subject matter without unnecessary complexity or pressure.
Intense assessment day lasting over 4 hours. The five tasks focussed on the individual skills things like observations and role plays, unlike typical assessment days that look at collaborative team tasks. It also included an interview at the end of the day.
