Contacted me through a third party website. Initial HR screen followed by a technical phone screen and on-site. Whole process took 2-3 weeks.
Onsite included 4 interviews which had different coding and design questions. Most of them should be easy if you prepare through the standard interview preparation books and understand their business.
In one case interviewer was not confident and didn't know what he is looking for and mostly went through a list on his computer.
Another onsite coding interview was not so pleasant, the interviewer would constantly push you to write code his way. Not sure about the benefits of coding interview in this case.
Finally got feedback that they would not like to move forward. They collected compensation requirements prior to the interview and were fine with it. However, during the onsite visit they mentioned about not being able to meet compensation requirements because they are a startup.

Entrevista
I answered several technical questions about general software engineering practice as well as big data in written format. Then I was contacted for a phone screen from the company's HR tech recruiter. The HR was very friendly, and took time to inform me of the current state of the company and its culture. After that, I had received second phone screen (Google Hangout) with an engineer covering more technical matters.
