I applied online. Someone emailed me the next day for an interview for the following day. I arrived about ten minutes prior to interview time. I waited. And waited. The better part of an hour later, my interview began. There was a panel of four who took turns asking questions off a list. The interviewers seemed varied in experience, knowledge, and level of professionalism. I don't mind not getting an offer. I do, however, mind when you have an interview then they never even contact you to tell you they didn't choose you. This was one of those places.
