Easy - talked on the phone for 5 minutes and only got asked two questions. They asked me about myself and then when I could start. I received an email about a week later saying that I was being offered the position. However, when I responded it took them a month to get back to me. SO - definite red flags for this company from the beginning.

I emailed and told them I could not come in for an in-person interview. They then after a few emails back and forth told me they wanted to arrange a date for a phone interview. I interviewed within the week for about 15 minutes on the phone.
