At first it was an interview with the user (Director of Partnership) and afterwards there was an interview with one of the CEOs. At first I was informed that there will be an assignment, but I got no follow up at all so I did it myself and was informed that there wouldn’t be any assignment for me. Then they went on radio silent for another week. Very inconsistent. Messy management. Unclear about what they want and need. I withdrew my application, no way I want to work with them after this.
