Online quiz, which is not very hard. But definitely need to get familiar with their quiz system. But i failed on this step. I believe that if you work on more algorithm quiz, it won't be that hard.

On a Wednesday I filled out the application and completed the 90 minute hacker rank challenge. The next day I received an email saying they were interested in speaking with me. They asked if I was available that day between 3 and 4pm or anytime the following day. I saw the email when I got home from work so it was already after 4pm. I replied and said anytime the next day would be great for me. I never received a call or email so towards the end of the business day I sent a second email saying that if they needed to reschedule that I would be available anytime on Monday. When Monday afternoon came I decided to call the recruiter that contacted me. No answer so I left a message. I gave it a couple days and on Wednesday I still hadn't received any email or call. I called one last time and left a message again. Finally at around 5pm that day I got a phone call back and I was given the excuse that he was on vacation. Why would you contact someone and say your available to speak when you are going to be on vacation? Makes no sense to me. Anyway, he called only to tell me that there are no software engineer jobs at SevOne right now but he could refer me to someone else who MAY have an opening but it would require a security clearance. It was extremely frustrating to go through the effort of applying and doing the coding challenge only to be to told yeah sorry there aren't any jobs here. Lets not ignore the fact that I applied to the job posting within a day or two of it being posted and there is still a posting up advertising the same job. So I guess no one know what's going on at this company because they post for nonexistent jobs and then waste your time.
