Interview process took about 40 minutes. Met with hiring managers of the respective departments where they asked mainly about your experiences (projects/internships/lab instrumentation) and which department you are keen on joining.
No interview as I was an intern with the company and applied back for a chemist position in the lab. Just sent in my resume to the hiring manager and received an immediate offer.

Simple interview. Good for fresh grads. Will ask basic questions on operations and willingness to OT and attitude e.t.c. Interviewer was quite friendly also and have worked in the company for very long.

Pleasant and enjoyable. Interviewers were friendly and engaging, and were very willing to share more about the job scope as well as their expectations for the candidate. Questions asked were leaning more towards behavioral than technical types
