No H.R. I received a call from someone in marketing who seemed frazzled and didn't know what questions to ask during our call. Despite his lack of professionalism, I feel that I answered all of his questions appropriately. I was told to email if I didn't hear within a week and when I did I was simply brushed off and not given any feedback as to why I was not moved forward in the interview process, In addition, i was asked inappropriate questions like my freelancer rate, and he could not provide me with a normal interview protocol. 2 more rounds of interviews and an assignment. I had to ask if this would be paid-- he didn't know anything, and I'm surprised he has a job. Avoid wasting your time with this company.
