They will have 4 rounds of interviews, after which they will send you a link for the predictive index test. The one's who aren't selected will be informed immediately before the PI. After all this you will receive an email stating not selected mentioning "thanks for your time" and "we will keep your application for future reference" with some lame reason. This is the worst HR I've gone through in my life. Please don't waste your time.
