Initial recruiter call was a bit like interview speed dating. 2nd Interview was via video and was more in-depth both technically & to evaluate people skills and culture fit. They were both professional and personable.

I was contacted by the recruiter (I did not apply) via Linkedin. I set up an interview and she messaged me 15 min prior to the appointment time letting me know she was leaving early to celebrate a company milestone and could not interview but assured she would reach out to reschedule. Heard nothing. Got a generic, thank you for your application but we are not moving forward. Very unprofessional when the recruiter is the one to reach out.
