The initial hiring manager interview was nice - talking from 45 mins extended to almost 1 hours. Then followed with a tech interview with the team members, which was pretty poor experience.
The tech interview was said to be a easy conversation based but actually not. I was interrupted of self-intro by the interviewers because they said there were lots of questions to ask me so needed to save time... after that, 1 hour intense one-way questioning process, no conversation, no interaction, no rest or even time to think about the questions, simply answer their questions and without any feedback...
The questions were mainly based on their particular working area of hardware and Linux, not a general idea of discussing about the role responsibilities. The questions were more like academic exams that they read out to you to answer back, without any preparation but you had to give them clear and correct answers back, align to their anticipited answers. I understood this was a hardware engineer role and they needed specific expertise on this, but come on... there were millions of millions different types of hardwares on earth, if I were questioning them (the interviewers) about my past hardware experience related, I am sure they would not even answer a single piece of my questions!
The overall interview experience was poor and there did not seem to have any space to discuss or feedback to share at the end of the interview.
