An HR specialist called me for an initial interview to learn about my expected salary and skillsets. He then set up a call with a senior CS architect for more in depth discussion.
I had one stage with the recruiter just talking about previous experience, then a first pass with fellow Success Architect going into more details on specific experiences, then lastly a panel where i had to present on two individual topics.
