Very friendly, professional Ireland based HR recruiter, outlined role and company. Outlined next steps, very transparent. No hard questions, more of a background match based on CV. Was not offered as seen as slightly too experienced (currently Senior Manager) - Positive experience.

Interview process involved one call with the recruiter, one thirty minute chat and 2 x two hour interviews, one of which was in person at the office. Questions where typical, process took some time.
