Buddy für Vorbereitung) Von erstem Gespräch bis zur finalen Antwort sind keine 3 Wochen vergangen. Der Drive und die effizienz des Prozesses haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Case war durchschnittlich schwer, aber es hat durchaus Spaß gemacht

Straight forward interviews on zoom with a few folks. Moved to a technical presentation. Was given a scenario to demo in their environment. Paired with another SE to get me up and running. It took several days to get their dev instance working to access where I needed to present. About 4 days until the presentation now. Spent about 10 hours in the platform, more putting together a presentation. A lot of work and I thought it went well. Days later, no word. I emailed the recruiter. Next day a response. "Sorry for the delay - we won't be moving forward". Ok, cool - I'm fine with that. But if you want people to dig into your application to learn it, put together a presentation, have the dignity and professionalism to tell them where they were lacking. It's such BS. Bust your rear and get a "we're not moving forward".
