Recruiter screening, which led to an interview with the Director that I would be reporting to. A panel of 5 current managers then interviewed me over the course of 2 days. Final (?) stage was an executive interview with a VP.

Thorough but not to long-winded. Included key stakeholders in a matrix organization. Good insight into the business and personable experience. Got a feel for the culture. Offer process was swift.
