Interview
I have been through 3 rounds
1. Chat with the recruiter (This was about just for five minutes, just to know the interview was scheduled)
2. Interview with person who already in the role (Explained the day to day work and asking question about my current role)
3. Interview with Hiring Manager ( More of questions related to my current role and situation questions)
The HR didn't respond to my follow up email after a week of interview. My rejection came thorugh after 4 week by an automated email.
Strengths: Friendly interviewers which makes you calmer in interview
What could be better: The recruiter needs to communicate better. (Bigger companies call you even if they reject you)

Applied online, had 4 rounds of interviews with the team. All 4 people gave me a thumbs up. No response for a week, then generic rejection email with no feedback.
Pretty difficult. They asked a lot of questions. Seems like a lot of questions to get you to think on your feet. Very challenging questions. Panel interview was also a part of the process.
Total of 3 interviews, not too challenging. I accepted the job but the inside sales culture was toxic. Nothing to do with sales, management loves to play favorites and it felt like high school.
