I saw the role on LinkedIn I applied. Less than a month later I was contacted by recruiter. I had a Zoom call with recruiter for like 30minutes. In the same week I was scheduled and had an interview with the hiring manager for about 30mins, got a positive feedback same day. I was then scheduled for a panel interview. The whole process - from the first email from recruiter to final offer took about 3 weeks.
