It was video interview with questions focused on customer engagement experience. There were 2 panelists and questions were asked one after other. It was engaging. Based on their expressions we feel they are going to select us, but they may not be. It is difficult to judge them.

Phone interview - the interviewer called me about 15 minutes late and was clearly distracted during the interview. I could hear their IM pinging over and over so clearly they were in the middle of something, but unfortunately they were not listening to anything I was saying, which was disappointing.

The interview was quite challenging, but interesting in a way.
Feedback was never received, even though sent few follow-up emails to the recruiter afterwards. Values that the company portray are not shown in their actions towards potential candidates.

Entrevista
I first had an interview with HR.
Then she organized a zoom call with 2 of the team members.
The first part of the interview was about me presenting myself with the given questions.
The second part of the interview was a roleplay, in which the team members acted as customers and I presented them a pre-defined monthly report. They challenged me with their questions and checked my responses.
Eventually, we had a Q&A session.
In general, the interviewing was pleasant and fun but I really didn't like the way I got the negative response as it was super general, and did not give me actual feedback on what I was missing or needed to improve. For such a specific job definition, I would expect more specific feedback for rejection as the interview felt quite positive to me.
