I had applied through online process, I got a call from recruiter after two weeks. Generally in Servicenow interview process do have 5 rounds includes 4 technical rounds , 1 managerial round .I cracked uptill last round , but lastly recruiter told me they are looking for more experienced person. Recruiters from Servicenow are very helpful.Servicenow always looks for talent, they doesn't matter about package.
