Only took the initial interview.
The Manager didn't read my resume (last 5 years I've been a QE architect and a manager), couldn't tell me what technology his teams were using and didn't know the QA strategy - the only thing I got out of the interview was that the manager was quite excited for his career and his companies growth.
I was called by HR to come in for a second interview - I declined and explained if one of my people interviewed someone like that, they would be pulled from representing my organization and retrained.
Totally unacceptable.

Top 10 interview questions found in Google were asked by the recruiter. The recruiter did not even care to check my resume, my skillset, my experience. It was like interviewing with a robot - he did not even mention what his name was.
Complete waste of time
No help from the recruiters too - very unresponsive and no basic etiquette

One phone screen, then an in-person interview. Asked basic questions about data structures, pointers, and testing procedures. What is a linked list, how would you implement a linked list. What is a stack, how would you implement a stack.
