A half dozen plus phone interviews over a period of several months, Company seems to be growing too fast to keep up with marketing strategy and do not get a sense that leadership understand what the team needs in order to build on C-Level relationships. Very different opinions across team on what is needed next. Employees conducting the interview have been at ServiceNow less than a year with enough turn over to raise an eyebrow. My opinion is too much $$$ being tossed around in areas without adequate ROI analysis or experience in C-Suite decision making process. Casting a very wide net in hopes it pays off and need people to drink the kool aide to support existing strategy and not call attention to lack of strategy.
