Insane amount of paperwork to begin with. Have worked for 3 different companies. None had this much paperwork before even starting. They have a policy that clearly states that they do not hire anybody that smokes tobacco on or off of work time. They then make you sign that you agree with the policies. When you call them out on the discriminatory nature of this policy they state "We do not enforce this policy". This agreement gives them the absolute legal power to fire anybody for smoking tobacco on their own time. They literally have staff and I'm certain people utilizing services that smoke regularly. They could fire literally every staff member hired after 2013 at a moments notice no repercussions at all!!!!!

easy, they ask you your previous experience and when you’ve worked with people with mental illness before, asked about how i deal with difficult situations. They didn’t ask many questions they just went over responsibilities
