I'm not sure there really was a process. I had to on site interviews where I spent a couple hours in a conference room waiting to meet different lead and managers. It seemed like they grabbed whoever was available at the time since they were typically not prepared and really just spent a few minutes talking.

Honestly I didn't really get a off the wall question or at least one that sticks out to me. As I said before, it all seem very random and impromptu.
