If you are called in for an interview, you will be asked the standard interview questions. What they need to know is that you have a car that is safe and insured, a current driver's license, and a diploma or GED. If you have those things, and your background and drug tests come back clean, you are pretty much guaranteed to be hired.

You apply and are given a group interview where a selection of managers and shift leaders interview prospective employee. You are also told how the company works, their expectations, and are given a simple test. If you pass you are interviewed. If hired you receive an email on when to attend orientation.
