Describe/define a good customer service experience
Seemed nice and easy. Was a very quick interview only 20 or so minutes and asked a few basic questions. We will see what happens in the future, awaiting further feedback.
Phone interview, easy interview - easy to be hired if you can answer behavioural questions well. Immediate hire, if you're successful, depending which job you will get an email saying you're successful.
