Almost impossible to get in there unless you know someone that been there for many years. They want everyone to have 5 plus years of experience. Or they want you to start off as a cleaner and work your way up.
Interview was about 45 minutes, typical customer questions. No offer made but not a difficult interview process. Panel style interview and you are graded on each answer you give, received a rejection email.
The interview was long make sure you come prepared to be there for 2 hours. Just don’t come thinking you know about interviews because this is like no interview you’ve ever had.
