After applying, they call you for pre interview screening and then arrange a date and time for Interview. It was with store manager, they ask you questions with the presence of one other employee

How have you managed a difficult situation with a customer
Rushed and very tedious, some of the questions didn’t make sense as they were asking about family planning - probably discriminating against female employees that are older. They also took forever to get back to me with a response and only after multiple messages chasing them.

Entrevista
There are two interviews, the first round is a phone screen (around 10 mins) and the second is a virtual 1:1. I didn't get through to the second round interview but it was a good experience overall.
It was going well and smooth. I really thought I'd get an offer but I didn't. Probably because I look average to them. But I think that was fine. Okay.
