My Beauty Leader was young, but very professional. She had just assumed her own position, so my interview was pretty basic. Also, I was the Operations Lead before so she knew that I was qualified.

It was very cooperative being interviewed by the people. They helped me succeed in the position. Though the hours were sickening. The management was hard I couldn’t handle the position anymore so I decided to leave.
