The interview was average, it does depends on the manger and how much they liked your vibes. straight forward questions, need to know about their products and their application. Need to understand their company culture, be enthusiastic.

What do you like about sephora? How would you deal with conflict within team? How will you deal with an offensive client? How can you do a smokey eye?
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entrevista
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
