I applied online and first spoke to HR who then passed me onto the second stage. My first red flag was when the hiring manager made me do an excel task on video in the first 30 minutes of my interview with no prior warning. This was understandably stressful on the spot whilst on the video call and without building any rapport before with them. The next and final stage was a presentation which I spent a long time on and presented to the hiring manager and her senior. I felt this went well but received zero feedback or correspondence afterward. Really poor form for that many stages and effort from candidates.
