Entrevista
Very long and repetitive. Basic situation and behavioural questions. First interview was group interview and Second one was with the manager. Was hired after a week or two. Very simple to basic retail jobs
Interview process was relaxed, and they encourage you to be yourself. One thing I would recommend is to wear make up in a way that shows your make up skills.

Tell me about your Previous experince about customers
There were 2-3 rounds of interviews and a pre-screening video call were done when opening a new Sephora store. The pre-screening was a personal 1-1 call while the actual interview was done as a group
