Applied on LinkedIn and heard back from store recruiter within 2 hours. Small phone session and then scheduled interview. Interview was conducted along with two other potential cast members. Questions are very standard regarding behavioral analysis. I had two employees interview us three potential cast members. They were friendly and professional.

Q: If a client came to the store and said they just bought a perfume from you, they opened it and it was broken, what would you do?
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entrevista
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
