I applied online and went to the location to introduce myself. Highly recommend for getting yourself in front of the line among thousands of applications. Next was a Phone Interview (really quick, 10-15 min)
Last was an In-Person interview with the manager (this was more conversational - background, experience in sales, why Sephora, knowledge of makeup).

What's your favorite makeup product?
Sephora can get hectic, what's your experience with fast-paced, sales environments?
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entrevista
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
