Not sympathetic. Came for a interview, had a little bit of a trouble finding the place especially that there is no parking around but still came on time. Waited for an hour for the interview to start Since the start the manager that interviewed me looked not in the mood and very irritated. Looked like he didn't even prepared and he had stuck with no questions and just started asking random things.

My experience interviewing with Seperia comprised several stages. It began with an initial call from HR to assess fit, followed by a time-limited home assessment on one of the company's products. Subsequently, I had an HR interview to gauge character and cultural alignment, then a 'professional' interview with the COO, and finally, an interview with the CEO. However, the interview with the COO fell short of expectations. It felt rushed, lacking an overview of the company or the interviewer's role. It seemed as though there was minimal interest in continuing the conversation, with the impression that it was merely a box-ticking exercise. This experience has left me questioning if Seperia is the right fit for me, which is disappointing considering the positive impression I had of the people and interviewers initially. I hope others will have a different experience.
