Entrevista
Three technical interviews conducted on a video call, followed by an HR interview onsite. The technical interviews were ok, not too difficult but not trivial either. The general sense is that the interviewers aren't really interested and judge the candidate solely based on their answers - there's not a lot of discussion on the role, to the point that after all the technical interviews the actual job wasn't completely clear to me. The HR interview was pretty standard, although I had to wait for the interviewer for a bit, while they were booking a room (??). When receiving an oiffer, I was not given an opportunity to negotiate compensation - it was a 'take it or leave it' situation, fortunately within my preset limits. Also, they were expecting an answer within a couple of days, which was problematic for me as I had other processes going on at the time.

A lot of the questions were about lookup optimization, such as devising an algorithm for reducing DNS requests in a system.

Entrevista
Very first interview was live leetcode-like problem solving excercise. The problem is that idea behind the solution is quite unique and difficult to approach, Even despite I have solved several hundreds leetcode-like problems. Like "you have to know how to solve this or should have seen it before by any chance (and you most likely have not)".
Optimizations are quite tricky too, especially the optimal solution. Quoting the interviewer "the optimal solution pattern is X, but you most likely have not seen this before". Indeed...
I am disapproving the interview because I don't see a value of such problem solving challenge and not sure how it helps estimate candidates. Since this was the first and only interview, my all skills related to the role and past experience are simply neglected by unrelated problem solving task.
Was honest and fair. They were upfront and honest in every turn of the interview process. The whole process was very quick, it took less than a week to conduct all the interviews.

Entrevista
Phone interview, Second interview in Zoom. HR negotiations in parallel about salary and benefits. Didn't pass the second Zoom interview. Questions were vaguely related to the position, as if the process was for show only. No background expirience questions, you don't even know which team you are interviewing for.
