They will ask you the levels of the spine, nerves, and types of surgeries to test your knowledge. You must have have a minimum of a bachelors degree to be hired. You will be asked if you're able to be flexible and able to travel. Once you're hired, there will be a training class that is a week long and the rest is on the job training. You will be placed in the OR with an experience tech every day to teach you how to monitor a case.
