The typical process is 1 telephone interview, and 2 in-person interviews. My 2 in-person interviews were done on the same day. I came in the morning took 2 assessments and had 2 in-person interviews. The interview/assessment process took about 4 hours. Both the assessments were on paper and neither of the assessments were timed. One was a critical thinking assessment and the other a personality test.
