Easy , great environment , good pay and benefits. The interview was not hard at all… first step is an over the phone screen call with the recruiter. Second is with zoom or in person with hiring manager.

Will take months for your application to change status . I believe their recruitment team only post jobs to decline a massive amount . You have to know someone internally to get your application pulled.

Applied 1/16/14. Got an email on 1/20/14 describing pay and a link to take the assessment.. No scores were given ans Sentara does not give feedback on scores. So now it is a waiting game. Has anybody else gotten hired at Sentara? How long did it take for you to get hired? My job status as of today 1/24/14 says pending test results
