Frustrating. Recruiter reached out via email about scheduling a phone screen then disregarded the dates/times I provided. Interview with the hiring manager was rescheduled three times (with a week of radio-silence in between the last reschedule) due to issues on their end. The interviewers were friendly but the interview itself felt very forced and I wasn’t even given an opportunity to ask questions at the end. Was told that I’d hear back about a decision either way by the end of the following week but never did. My application status was recently updated to “REJECTED”. There was probably a candidate who was better suited for the role, I get it. People were friendly but the whole process itself was frustrating and demeaning by the end.
